📋 Description:
Join Coach D, Coach Jamerson (certified DR3 pitching coach), and special guest Coach Megan (D1 college pitcher) for a high-impact outdoor pitching clinic. Designed for pitchers with at least 1–2 years of experience (10u+), this session will break down the body’s role in creating velocity, improving accuracy, and developing consistent mechanics with purpose.

What We’ll Cover:
✅ Whip mechanics & arm path efficiency
✅ Generating ground force through legs
✅ Front side resistance & glove arm use
✅ Trunk control for power & balance
✅ Changeups & accuracy under pressure

Equipment Needed:
✅ Glove
✅ Softball bat (used as a prop)
✅ Face mask (optional)
✅ Hat or visor & sunscreen (clinic is outdoors)
✅ Cleats AND turf/tennis shoes
✅ Plenty of water & optional snack
✅ A positive, ready-to-learn attitude!
