🛠️ How the Session Works📍Location: Cherokee Batting Range

Your 3-hour session is carefully structured to maximize every minute:
- First 30–45 Minutes
We begin with a full warm-up while I observe your movement, mechanics, and mindset. I’ll be assessing your performance and getting to know you as both an athlete and a person. Once you’re throwing at full speed, I’ll conduct a live basic video evaluation — giving us a clear roadmap for what to work on next.
- Next 2+ Hours
Using insights from the evaluation, we’ll dive into corrective drills, movement patterns, strength-based instruction, and mental training. You’ll leave with over 50 take-home videos, packed with drills and feedback to continue your growth at home.
This structure works beautifully in both 1:1 and 2:1 formats, allowing athletes to gain knowledge by watching and learning alongside a peer or receiving that individual, undivided attention. I have found that both structures are very successful.Â

💛 A Real DR3 Story – From Virtual to In-Person"As I reflect on the last 3 years, I can’t say enough amazing things about Coach D. We found her during COVID when our daughter was struggling with confidence and pain. She was uncomfortable pitching and lacked structure — until we found Danielle.
Coach D not only helped her become stronger, faster, and more accurate — she taught her how to understand her body, master the mental game, and make smart game-time adjustments.
This summer, after years of virtual coaching, we finally made the trip from Pennsylvania for an in-person Intensive. Watching our daughter meet her mentor — someone who had supported her through softball and through life — was emotional.
It felt like they had been working together in person all along. That connection? It’s rare. And it’s real.”
