How The Setup Works: During the initial 30 minutes, I will assess your performance during warm-ups and full pitching, while also establishing a rapport and getting to know you better. Once you feel adequately warmed up, you will start throwing at full speed. At this point, I will record videos of your pitching and conduct a live basic video evaluation session with you. You will have access to this evaluation to review afterward.

Typically, this initial phase takes around 20-45 minutes, depending on the pitcher. This thorough process provides us with valuable insights and a solid plan of action for our next 2 hours together with corrective drills, exercises, etc. By the end of our 3-hour session, you will have over 50 videos to take home with you for continued improvement.

Intensive Session Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline:

Participants must notify us of their cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the Intensive Session to be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 4-6 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date will not be eligible for any refund.

Payment Method Note:

If you choose to pay with Cash, please be aware that if you cancel, you will be sent an invoice from DR3 Fastpitch for your cancellation fee. If your invoice is not paid within 7 days of the initial time of the event, your account for future bookings/courses will be revoked.

Exceptions:

In the case of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our policy. Participants must provide appropriate documentation or proof of the emergency for consideration.

No-Show Policy:

Participants who do not attend the Intensive Session without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
