Hey everyone! My name is London Demetriou!


I began my athletic endeavors at the age of 8 beginning with Football and Wrestling. I carried on through high school and started to develop an interest in the principles of the training regimens revolving around athletic performance.

During my Senior year of high school; I started taking an interest in bodybuilding. I dove head first into that realm until finally getting my Training Certification at age 19.
After seeing the importance of the foundational ground work that we must do in order to maintain our health longevity in mind, I knew that I needed to get out of the bodybuilding field.


My joints were aching, I was losing my range of motion because of the excessive muscle development, and my digestive system simply could not handle the amount of calories that I was pushing myself to consume.

Following this experience, I awaited the opening of a local chain gym in my area called OneLife. I was surrounded and supported by some of the best trainers and group fitness leaders in the region. After getting onboard as a trainer, I quickly submerged myself into the lifestyle. During that time, I achieved credentials in group fitness, yoga, training, and coaching!

After about 2 years in, I blew my hip out while trying to max out my squat. I had reconstructive hip surgery and was on crutches for about 6 months. You can probably imagine the status of my mental health during that period of time. 2 weeks before my intended return date, Covid hit. As everything shut down I began to branch off into the online realm and created London Lifts Fitness LLC. I felt that I had the necessary experience to finally take on my own journey.

As I kept recovering from surgery, I took a new perspective to training. I began to focus more on what the body could DO rather than the way I looked. The quality of movement.
I combined training principles from athletic performance training, resistance/power training, calisthenics, and yoga.

I started to notice that the joint pain I dealt with no longer existed, my hips felt better than ever, and I was experiencing a new way of movement that I had never experienced before!

I currently train clients online, 1-1, and small group through a training app that I design and tailor custom training, nutrition, and habit formation programs.

When Danielle asked me about the potential program, my eyes lit up. My passion stems from high school athletics. We beat our bodies, sustain injury, and develop life-long movement complications. If trained incorrectly, of course. I come from training through the pain, and every committed athlete does. But at what cost? You only get one body in life.

I believe there should be more of an emphasis on the quality of movement than the weight pushed. More emphasis on the recovery. And most importantly, more emphasis from coaches on training for longevity than immediate result.
