DR3 Fastpitch Certified Pitching Coach Program

Payment Details:

  • This is an Annual Certification.

  • Make sure to remember the email and password you used to sign up, as you'll need them to log in.

 

Certification Eligibility & Completion Requirements

Attendance Requirement:

  • Coaches must attend at least 6 out of 8 scheduled coaching calls.
  • Missing more than 2 calls requires a makeup session, with one (1) makeup session allowed per coach.

Assessment Requirement:

  • Coaches must score 80% or higher on each weekly assessment.
  • If a passing score is not achieved, one (1) retake per week is permitted.

Community Engagement Requirement:

  • Active participation in the DR3 Fastpitch Online Coaches Community is required.
  • Coaches must engage in discussions, respond to coaching prompts, and provide peer support.

Certification Issuance & Validity:

  • Upon successful completion, coaches will earn the DR3 Fastpitch Coaching Certification, valid for one (1) year.
  • To maintain certification, coaches must complete an annual continuing education module and demonstrate ongoing coaching involvement.

Code of Conduct & Compliance:

  • Certified coaches must uphold DR3 Fastpitch’s ethical coaching standards, including professionalism, safe coaching techniques, and alignment with DR3’s mission.
  • Failure to meet ethical standards or engage in the coaching community may result in certification revocation.

  • This certification does not replace any national or state-level coaching certifications required by leagues or organizations.
