She was my FIRST out of state online pitcher. I remember her first lesson like it was yesterday. She has been a part of my entire online coaching journey and has bought into EVERYTHING I’ve thrown her way. Not only bought into it, but has used my lesson plans EVERYTIME she trained at home. 3-5 days a week working on the same content before moving on to the next lesson plan. Consistency is KEY to seeing results.
When she started, she was throwing low 50s. Right now, she’s averaging 61-64 mph & has hit 65 mph 8 times on the @pocketradar She has increased 15mph by understanding how to MOVE and transition those MOVEMENTS into her pitching. #KnowledgeIsPower
She’s evolved so much over the years. I started her off on the simplest windup to get her absolutes down and added more style along the way.
I can not wait to see what her future holds.
