Did you hustle on every play, even when the game was out of reach? Did you high-five a teammate who struck out, or sulk in silence? These moments speak louder than the scoreboard ever could.

The best players aren’t just skilled—they’re selfless. They know when to take the spotlight and when to step back and support others. As coaches, parents, and players, we have to redefine what success means. Let’s celebrate the hustle, the leadership, and the heart just as much as the home runs.

Because long after the stats fade, character remains.
