"Softball is a team sport. It does not matter if you are sitting on the bench or striking everyone out. It takes everyone to win the game." 

It takes EVERYONE to win or lose a game. Not just one person... EVERYONE.  Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Don’t dwell over striking out or making an error. It’s all about how you react. This is a game of failure... that’s the honest truth. We as softball players, especially pitchers, need to accept that. We need to learn how to have a short memory & bounce back quick
