 You walked the lead off batter? Gave up a home run? Drop third strike & girl got on base? Threw a wild pitch? Struck out the best player? Pitched a no-hitter? Threw the perfect changeup?

 
SO WHAT?! Focus on the next pitch. 
 
The last pitch is in the past. Pitchers must have a short memory to be successful at the next level. Pitchers can not dwell on the negative or zone out during the positive. 
 
Pitchers must take ownership for the good and the bad, flush it, and grow from it.
 
We are leaders day in & day out in the circle. We control the game. We are involved in EVERY SINGLE defensive play. We MUST stay in the zone, have a short memory, and continue to grow!
