Here’s a fast (and often surprising) way to help your daughter throw more strikes today:
Adjust her eye level.
Yep. It’s that simple.
If she’s consistently throwing high?
👉 Have her aim lower.
If she’s constantly spiking pitches in the dirt?
👉 Tell her to look higher.
Why? Because our bodies follow our eyes. Whether it’s pitching, hitting, or even fielding—visual cues impact physical results.
Too many pitchers (and coaches) obsess over arm angles and mechanics, while ignoring the powerful role of the brain.
So next time she misses? Don’t say “throw harder.” Say “look where you want it to go.”
