From Pain to Power: How Andrea Rebuilt Her Pitching Career and Is Now Changing the Game for the Next Generation
Dec 01, 2025
When I first met Andrea back in 2020, she was a tall, strong, powerhouse pitcher… but also a broken one.
Gatorade Pitcher of the Year out of New Hampshire. A standout college athlete. A competitor through and through.
But her body hurt. Her mechanics were fighting against her. She was frustrated, overloaded, and exhausted — leaving practices aching, lifting in pain, and trying to “push through” without ever being taught how her body was supposed to move.
She came to me as a student. Today, she stands beside me as one of my certified DR3 Fastpitch pitching instructors and the owner of Conviction Fastpitch in North Carolina.
And I could not be more proud.
For four years, I’ve mentored her.
She went through my coaching certification.
She committed to the mentorships.
She never stopped asking questions, studying, learning, and rebuilding her foundation from the inside out.
And because she did the work… The transformation has been insane.
Andrea learned how to move her body the right way — how to flow, how to sequence, how to protect her arm, how to generate power without pain. She rebuilt herself using the same programs inside the DR3 Fastpitch App that she now teaches her own pitchers… especially the Next Level Pitching Academy.
Now she’s changing the game in North Carolina.
She’s paving a path she never had.
She’s giving her pitchers an edge she never got.
And she’s turning her adversity into their advantage.
If you’re a parent trying to help your daughter avoid the pain, the guessing, and the confusion — the same program that changed Andrea’s career is inside my app, accessible from anywhere. And go check her out at ConvictionFastPitch.com — because her story is only the beginning of what’s possible when a pitcher learns the why behind the movement.
