From Pain to Power: A Pitcher's Journey Back Stronger

When I first met Andrea back in 2020, she was a tall, strong, powerhouse pitcher… but also a broken one.

Gatorade Pitcher of the Year out of New Hampshire. A standout college athlete. A competitor through and through.


But her body hurt. Her mechanics were fighting against her. She was frustrated, overloaded, and exhausted — leaving practices aching, lifting in pain, and trying to “push through” without ever being taught how her body was supposed to move.

She came to me as a student.  Today, she stands beside me as one of my certified DR3 Fastpitch pitching instructors and the owner of Conviction Fastpitch in North Carolina.

And I could not be more proud.

For four years, I’ve mentored her.
She went through my coaching certification.
She committed to the mentorships.
She never stopped asking questions, studying, learning, and rebuilding her foundation from the inside out.

And because she did the work…  The transformation has been insane.
