Tag me in your videos! I’d love to see you doing these as part of your warmup drills & movement patterns 🥎💯🔥

Train Better Movement, Not Just More Reps
Partner Resisted K Pull Downs help pitchers feel proper timing, whip, and body sequencing while reinforcing efficient movement patterns. Adding controlled resistance improves body awareness and helps athletes transfer these movements into full-speed pitching. Coach D's Pitching 102 Course teaches how to create a fast, fluid whip through proper rotational mechanics, body movement, and progressive drills that improve velocity, movement, accuracy, and durability.
