These are examples I share with my Online Members when it comes to styles Vs absolutes. All these amazing pitchers have their own style & windups, but they ALL are generating the same absolutes 😍

If you don’t have the absolutes down (ground force, horizontal force/launch, whip, separation, rhythm/timing, front side resistance) it’s time to simplify your style until you master these key factors for maximum velocity, accuracy, and prevent injuries!
